Roger Gilbert, project manager for the school construction project, had nothing but good news to report to the Estherville Lincoln Central Community School District Board of Education Monday.
Gilbert reviewed progress on the project, including both the Demoney addition and the new middle school. In the past few weeks, the precast walls have risen on the southwest side of Maniece, changing the landscape from rough earth a little over a month ago.
