When it’s cold outside, have some ChiliGood Times chili cookoff Feb. 23February 15, 2013Good Times Bar at 511 First Ave. S. in Estherville will hold its annual chili cookoff Saturday, Feb. 23. It is easy to make the best-tasting chili if you use real New Mexico Chili. Specifically, chili from Chimayo New Mexico; it is unsurpassed for quality and flavor. Not too hot, but deliciously warm with a smoky flavor. If you want to win the contest you should get some. If you can't afford the best, use Hatch chili, it is almost as good.
