ELC to induct 12 into honor society

Twelve members of the junior and senior classes of Estherville Lincoln Central High School will be inducted into the National Honor Society 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25 at the ELC High School gymnasium. They will join seven seniors who were selected last year.

Frank Christenson, ELC High School principal, encourages any and all community members to help celebrate by attending this ceremony.

"These are students who stand out among our many great students in terms of not only academic ability but in the areas of leadership, character and service. It is a credit to their families and our teachers and their own hard work that they will be recognized."

Seniors who will be inducted are Alex Arends, Caleb Baruth, Mallory Bradley, Sarah Christenson, Jill Clark, Cody Jackson and Erin Kirchner. They will be joined by five juniors - Amanda Heinrichs, Allison Hevern, Trisha Nelson, Erin Olsen and Morgan Schichtl.

Please join the students and staff for this ceremony next Wednesday. It will be followed by a brief reception for family members in the little theatre immediately afterward.
