SIOUX CENTER - Four area high school basketball players have been chosen to participate in the 2010 Dordt College Defender Gold Pizza Ranch All-Star Game to be held on Saturday, March 20, at the De Wit Gym in Sioux Center.
Estherville Lincoln Central seniors Kelsie McCauley and Spencer Johnson will join Spirit Lake seniors Mary Brown and Chelsie Stettnichs at the All-Star event.
Players from the Lakes, Siouxland and War Eagle Conferences will comprise the four rosters for the girls' and boys' games. The girls' contest will start at 5:30 with the boys' game to get underway at about 7:15. Each game will feature a three-point shooting contest at halftime and there will be a game MVP named for both games.
Admission for the games is $5 for adults and $3 for K-12 students.
