Ashley Ann Tirevold and Adam Mark Fries announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Roger and Mary Tirevold of Armstrong and Mark and Helen Fries of Rhinelander, Wis.
Ashley graduated from Armstrong-Ringsted High School in 2005 and then graduated from Minnesota State University in Mankato in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. She will be a first grade teacher at Kennedy Elementary in Mankato this fall.
Adam graduated from Park Falls High School in 2001 and then from Minnesota State University in Mankato in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management. He is employed at Johnson Outdoors in Mankato and also coaches hockey.
A Sept. 4, 2010, wedding is planned in Armstrong with Pastor Vance Toivoren officiating.
