Jennifer Foster and Jakob Clow, both of Dunnell, Minn., announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Kathy and Rod Foster of Armstrong and Jody and Keith Franck of Dunnell, Minn. and Mick Clow of Truman, Minn.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Armstrong-Ringsted High School and attends Buena Vista University where she is studying elementary education. She also works for Jerry's Well Service in Armstrong.
