Tom and Bev Heim of New Albin and Keith and Nancy Rosburg of Estherville are happy to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Britney Jean Heim and Brian Richard Rosburg. The couple plans to exchange vows June 30 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Dorchester. A reception will be held following the ceremony at the Allamakee County Fairgrounds Pavilion in Waukon.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Waukon Senior High and a 2011 graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor of science degree in Agricultural Communication. She is currently employed at Iowa Lakes Community College as the Foundations Administrative Assistant.
The groom-elect is a 2008 graduate of Estherville Lincoln Central High School and a 2011 graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural studies. He is currently self-employed selling Garst seed and farming in Estherville.
