Estherville will be in for a special treat Sept. 14 when "Finding Nemo" will be shown in 3-D for the first time in Estherville.
Manager, Donna Handeland, said all three theatres have been converted to digital and one screen is now ready for 3-D viewing. The other two screens will become 3-D within the next few weeks.
Admissions for 3-D movies will be adults 13 and over $6 and children 12 and under and seniors 60 and over $4. All 3-D matinees will be $4. Admissions for regular 2-D movies will remain at adults 13 and over $4. Children 12 and under and seniors 60 and over will be $3. All 2-D matinees will remain at $3.
Handeland said Fridley Theatres donated a former projector and platter system to the Emmet County Historical Museum.
