Northwest Bank donation helps Echo Plus

September 21, 2012

Thanks to a generous donation by Northwest Bank, Thrifty's and Echo Plus, Inc. is getting a whole new set of office furniture - for free. Thrifty's manager Coleen Blass said the desks that Northwest Bank are donating will be put to good use - both internally and for sale to the public.

"That helps us a lot and just about every dime we get we use," said Blass. "Everything we get helps Echo Plus. Our business doesn't allow for office furniture. It's a win-win situation. Our budget is limited on what we can spend. It's a blessing to us. We're pretty pumped up."

Sara Mix, President of Northwest Bank in Estherville commented, "We are happy to donate these items to fellow community members who play such an important role. We have been presented with a great opportunity to give back to the Estherville community!"
