The Northwest Iowa Community Concert and Jazz bands held their annual fall concert on Monday at Roosevelt Auditorium in Estherville. The bands consist of volunteers from the Estherville area. The concert band is directed by Rich Nicklay while Scott Benjamin directs the jazz band.
