CORWITH - Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire earned its first victory of the season with a 63-56 win over Corwith-Wesley-Luverne on Friday.
The Titans led 17-11 after one quarter, 33-25 at halftime and 52-40 after three quarters.
"For the most part we played really well," said GT/RA coach Randy Hough. "We will need to learn to be more patient when we have the lead. Overall, I was pleased with the effort of the team."
Marcus Girres led GT/RA with 15 points while Austin Dyer scored 13 points while dishing out seven assists. Connor Sturgill had 14 points along with six rebounds and six blocked shots. Andy Geelan finished with 10 points, eight rebounds and eight assists. Mason McGrauth chipped in five points, Trevor Hagedorn had four and Noah Stukey had two.
