It wasn't quite the game fans were expecting as Class 3A No. 3 Estherville Lincoln Central hosted No. 6 Spirit Lake on Friday.

But with the Indians' top scorer, KJ Veldman, on the bench with a shoulder injury, the Midgets had a much easier time in a 70-36 victory.

ELC jumped out to a 9-0 lead to start the game with two baskets by Allie Sievert, a 3-pointer by Casey Sievert and a basket by Emily Kirchner.
