The Emmet County Conservation Board will meet after the Emmet County Nature Center Foundation meeting which will be held 9 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at the Emmet County Nature Center east of Wallingford.
After preliminary business, the board will review comment cards, if any, followed by old business which includes the following:
n Wolden mapping and boundaries.
n Christmas on the Farm report.
n ECCB ordinance review/input.
n 2013-14 ECCB budget review and planning.
Under new business, the board will discuss the following:
n Community Foundation grants.
n Farm and home schedule.
n Ike's 2013 gun show schedule.
n 2013 Emmet County Nature Center Foundation ECNCF banquet planning.
In other business, the board will hear the naturalist report and camping reports on Wolden, Tuttle Lake and Iowa Lake campgrounds.
A closed session is scheduled if needed.
The next meeting will be held Feb. 7, 2013, at the Nature Center.
