The Estherville City Council will meet at 5 p.m., Monday, Feb. 4, at city hall in the council chambers.
Under old business, the council will review a bid tabulation and consider a resolution awarding sale of general obligation sanitary sewer improvement bonds, Series 2013.
Under new business, council will consider approving a new lease agreement for city offices with Estherville Housing, Inc.
Council also will consider an agreement with Western Area Power Administration for firm electric service from 2021-2050.
Council will be briefed on the proposed 2013-14 budget as recommended by the finance committee and will be requested to set Feb. 18 as the date for a public hearing on the proposed budget.
Council also will consider adjusting the compensation for members of the Estherville Fire Department.
