Casey Sievert, an 18-year-old senior at Estherville Lincoln Central High School, was crowned Miss Shamrock last Friday’s 51st Annual?Miss Shamrock Pageant in Emmetsburg. The event is part of the town’s St. Patrick’s Day Celebration. Casey is the daughter of Jeff and Jen Sievert of Estherville.
