The Estherville Lincoln Central Girls Track Team hosted a triangular with Spencer and Emmetsburg on Thursday for the Midgets' first outdoor meet of 2013.
ELC coach Tina Burton said the team's attitudes have been very positive this spring.
"It's been fun to come to practice," she said.

Burton reported the times and places she had and the competitors in other events.
In the throwing events, Caitlyn Clayton placed first in the shot put and second in the discus. Official distances were unavailable.
Taylor Karels, Briseide Segura and Mariajose Rodriguez competed in the long jump.
The 4x800-meter relay team of Rachel Bates, Colleen Humble, Brianna Enerson and Cydnie Jo Anderson finished in 11:34.
The shuttle hurdle relay team of Megan Jensen, Payton Platt, Hannah Newton and Bates finished in 1:19.
Competing in the 100-meter dash were Segura, Carson Gjerde, Taylor Greig and Jennifer Ingvall. With two heats, results weren't available but Burton said Segura and Greig were among the top finishers.
The distance medley team of Karels, Gjerde, Humble and Emily Olson finished in 5:32.
Greig and Ingvall competed in the 400-meter dash.
ELC had two teams in the 4x200-meter relay. Alicia Jorgenson, Platt, Anderson and Enerson finished in 2:04. Shayla King, Gjerde, Karels and Newton finished in 2:14.
Rodriguez ran the 800-meter run.
King, Olson and Kayla Jensen competed in the 200-meter dash.
The sprint medley team of Segura, Platt, Jensen and Gjerde finished in 2:28.
In the 1400-meter run, Enerson placed third, Humble placed fourth, Anderson placed fifth and Rodriguez placed eighth.
The 4x100-meter relay team consisted of Segura, Jensen, Jorgenson and Platt.
The 4x400-meter relay team of Bates, Karels, Olson and Rodriguez finished in 5:23.
ELC is scheduled to travel to Spirit Lake on Tuesday.
