Seven Spirit Lake players earned lakes All-Conference honors after the Indians tied for second in league play with a 9-4 record.
Earning first team honors were catcher Keaton Leach, infielder Gavin Kramer, outfielder Gavin DeVos and utility player Tony Eckard.
Infielder Cole Thate was named to the second team while outfielder Nile Skogerboe and utility player Logan Backhaus earned honorable mention.
Eckert, a sophomore, was a unanimous selection to the first team. He posted a 4-1 record in league play. In 31 1/3 innings, he posted a 3.35 earned run average with 24 strikeouts and 13 walks. He also batted .311 with 14 hits and 11 RBIs.
Leach, a sophomore, batted .390 in league play with 16 hits including a double and three RBIs. Kramer, a freshman batted .344 with 11 hits with a double and 10 RBIs. He also drew 11 walks.
DeVos, also a freshman, batted .333 with 15 hits including two doubles, eight RBIs and seven stolen bases.
Thate, a senior, batted .308 with 12 hits including four doubles, a home run and four RBIs.
Skogerboe batted .271 in league play with 13 hits including three doubles, a home run and 10 RBIs. Backhaus batted .195, with had an on-base percentage of .327 as he drew nine walks. He had eight hits with a double and seven RBIs.
