Officer Adam Williams was sworn in by Mayor Kenny Billings. Officer Williams comes to the Estherville Police Department from Emmetsburg. He is a graduate of the Iowa Lakes Community College criminal justice program. Officer Williams worked two years with the Pocahontas Police Department before coming to Estherville.
