Funeral services for Ann Hardman, 77, of Estherville, will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Estherville with Pastor Thomas Marth officiating. Interment will be at Lakeview Cemetery, Spirit Lake. She died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Monday at the Henry-Olson Funeral Chapel in Estherville.

Anna Mae (Trick) Hardman, the daughter of Gottlieb and Violet (Bruhn) Trick, was born March 6, 1939, in Welcome, Minn.

She graduated from Emmetsburg High School in 1957.

On June 29, 1963, she was united in marriage to Ted Hardman at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Emmetsburg. Ann was employed with Mikelson's Greenhouse for approximately three years. She then worked at Swisher Sports Supply in Estherville for 15 years and at Alco in Estherville for 12 years. In her leisure time, Ann enjoyed gardening, flowers and traveling.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Estherville and also VFW Post 3388 Auxiliary.

Left to cherish Ann's memory are her husband, Ted of Estherville; daughter, Ginger Danberry and her husband, Mitch and their children, Jeannie and Amanda of Waseca, Minn.; son, David Hardman and his wife, Lisa and their children, Curtis and Nick of Algona; her sister, Shirley Weiss of Schererville, Ind.; brother, Larry Trick and his wife, Jayne Marie of Sunrise Beach, Mo.; sister-in-law, Mary Trick of Emmetsburg; and several loving nieces and nephews.

She has been preceded in death by her parents; brother, Leonard Trick and brother-in-law, Bob Weiss.
