Estherville News

Mark Gruwell of LearnAcre in Studio 12 brings another class to the public, Redefining and Embracing Accountability. The class will run from May 4 to May 25, 2018 from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. each of the four mornings.

Gruwell said, "What exactly does "accountability" mean, and even more importantly, how do we get ourselves, together with our team and organization, to enthusiastically embrace instead of conveniently avoiding accountability?"

The four-part, hands-on workshop offers practical and effective strategies not only to reinvent, but also to instill accountability within your business or organization. It is particularly appropriate for directors, managers, supervisors, team leaders, and team members on a leadership track.

The workshop encompasses:

Reading and studying The Oz Principle a best-selling and game-changing book that offers a proven framework to encourage accountability at the individual, team and organizational level;

Reviewing case studies to contrast accountable from unaccountable business strategies; and

Designing and implementing accountability projects or initiatives in your business or organization.

The workshop fee includes a paperback edition of The Oz Principle. Studio 12 is on the second floor of the Excel building at 12 South 6th Street in Estherville. For more information, contact Mark Gruwell at 888-759-3816.
