Kids these days have such "attitudes" and they need some discipline. There is no sense in having a curfew unless it will be enforced but the young people in this town are OUT OF CONTROL and yes, something needs to be done
Yes I believe that Estherville should have a curfew for those under the age of 18. Too many times, in the after dark hours, I saw children out and running about on the streets, even children that look as to be as young as 6 years old. This makes me nervous, as there is a real threat to children, which is the same all over the united states, especially after it gets dark. Who knows what could happen, they could get hit, or kidnapped, or worse get into things that they really should not get into. armstrong already has this rule in effect, and has been for many years and it's worked to the advantage of parents all around and to the city as well. We would be better off in the long run, the children might not like it, but it is for their safety.
