If We could get a FACTORY out where the old john morrel area is that would boost economic progress for Estherville area boost sales in town bring more people more jobs and progress for Emmet county in general There one big building on that road that could be rented or leashed someone could buy a bunch of cnc machines one idea if you look at what every makes in this area there really no reason to stick around there is not a whole lot of money in this area there got be some good ideas out there somewhere what would sell in this area ?
